How do you know?

How do you know when you have had a missed miscarriage? I’m so concerned after my previous miscarriage. I’m currently 7 weeks, 6 days and I’m still really sick and have symptoms, but at my ultrasound at 5 1/2-6 weeks the babies heart rate was only 120. I know that is normal for being so early on but I’m still worried. Would you guys have any concerns?

The thing about a MMC is that you won’t know. You just have to trust that for most people it doesn’t happen. I had one in April and it’s my daily fear now in this pregnancy. Doctor says everything is fine but I’m still afraid and that’s normal. It gets better with time.

Unfortunately you don’t know. I had a MMC with my first. We went for the 12 week appointment and they couldn’t find the heartbeat. The baby passed away at 10 weeks. I had no clue. I’m currently pregnant with our rainbow, and the anxiety is really tough some days. I feel like I can’t trust my body. I have a good support system with my husband and family so that helps, but it doesn’t stop being scary,

You don’t know- that’s why it’s missed. You will know during an US when there is no heartbeat or growth. I had one at 8 weeks and it was the worst ultrasound ever. The tech got all quiet and spent 30 min searching for the heartbeat. Baby stopped growing sometime after the 6 week US where we heard a heartbeat. I had a confirmation US a few day later and then a DC at the end of 9 weeks. I felt pregnant and had no signs or symptoms.
