I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and I have had two miscarriages previous to this. I do not have my first ultrasound until 12/3 so I haven’t even heard a heartbeat yet and I am terrified of losing this baby. I have been having cramping intermittently, some spotting yesterday and today (but this is likely related to sex from the other night) and today my uterus/lower abdomen just feels achy, anyone else experiencing this or should I be concerned?
