Chia seeds?

Have any of you given your baby chia seeds? Found it odd that it's in this pouch. Wondering if it would hurt my LO's tummy?! On the package it says 6+ months. Should I give it a go?

I made my LO chia pudding (almond milk, chia seeds, little vanilla and cinnamon).  She LOVED it!

Chia takes water from the body, so it is not recommended for small children. I gave it to my daughter in a porridge sometimes after the 2 years mark.

I've given my son chia seeds in yogurt. Haven't noticed a bad reaction.
