hey guys, after i have sex i spot light pink / red the day after. is that normal? of course i am sore after sex but its not pain. normal?

I would get checked, bleeding after sex can be asign of Pelvic inflammatory disease

It might just be that your cervix got irritated from sex but if it’s happened more than once I would get checked with your doctor

I have done that occasionally and it was said to be due to my endometriosis. But def see your doctor to be sure.
