Sometimes it’s 6:30/6:45. But usually around 7:00/7:15

We usually started bedtime around 7:30/8pm. We give home a bath, then story or sing songs in bed and then we give home a bottle, medicine and rock him. When he starts to fall asleep we put him in his bed. We do bedtime a little later because he has a medication he has to take at 9pm. He takes it 3x a day every 8 hours since birth. Hopefully when he is done with the medication we can move up the bedtime routine so dad and I could get a little evening time together.
