What questions should I ask my OB about birth?

First baby, I'm 31 weeks. I need to start planning my maternity leave with work.

I have a velamentous cord insertion which makes me higher risk, but my OB just said it's not something we have to worry about unless it becomes a problem, but I'm not sure if I should be planning for earlier induction or csection yet (plan to ask about that).

Besides that, what questions should I be asking to learn about her birthing practices/philosophies for maternity leave/labor so I can start to prepare? I see her in 2 days!
