Is anyone familiar with jpay?

Question

This may be a serious long shot, but I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with jpay? 
I've bought stamps to virtually send letters to my MIL, and was wondering if the stamps I bought will also be for her use as well? 
Also, I dont have a bank debit card, but I do have a paypal debit card and was wondering if jpay accepts that as well?

Also, it take any card that has a billing address and ur name on it. As long as it's connected to an account, ur good to go. Once I found out about jpay it made things so much easier. I loved knowing my person locked up would get my email the next day and wouldn't have to wait days for a letter in the mail. And the money u send is good for everything including phone. U don't have to upload money on a desperate account for phone minutes unlike other correctional facilities. Please let me know if u have any questions. I used jpay religiously everyday for 4 months while my boyfriend was locked up. Download the app if u haven't already. U might have to wait for them to approved ur card and account but maybe not. I only have to cause I was using someone else's card.

You can attach a stamp to the letter you send. Somewhere in the options you can send him more stamps.

I have A LOT of experience with it. They have an app. U upload ur debit/credit car number and u can send emails, money for ur loved one, and stamps. The emails take virtual stamps but I can't remember how much they were. But the app, was sooooo easy. As long as u send the email before midnight they'll get the letter next day at mail call. U can even send pictures too although I don't know if they print well or in color. App is synced with ur account so if u go online, everything is current. I loved jpay, it made everything so much easier. If u have any questions please let me know. You will need the inmate number of ur love one too. It offers sooo much as long as the facility offers it too, there's nothing u can't get them. U just need inmate number and name of correctional facility.

No they only accept bank cards , I use to try and load money on prepaid cards they wouldn’t accept it . I always sent my bf stamps and paper through regular mail . Download the app !!
