Vaginitis or bacterial vaginosis?

Has anyone ever had either of these? About a week ago after my boyfriend and I had sex I started having symptoms of enternal vaginal itching and some burning during urination. I think this could have come from me and him having sex while I wasn’t exactly wet or lubed up. The first few days I also took a monistat 3 but my symptoms still persist. It’s really uncomfortable and I think I may have vaginitis or bacterial vaginosis since my symptoms match up. Please help guys! I’m in a lot of pain, I’m very uncomfortable from the itching.
