My Dr said the back is fine but not on your tummy just be sure you’re not getting hot from it.

10 weeks and I’m dealing with similar issues - it’s especially hard getting comfortable to sleep. I’m trying to stretch throughout the day and keep the heating pad on in short bursts throughout the day

It’s my lumbar. It’s a dull but strong pain. If I was 40 weeks, I would think I was starting labor. No spotting or cramping, just back pains.
