Ladies with diabetes
Breakfast is my worst meal! I can't seem to find a grab and go anything in the mornings that doesn't make my sugar high. I hate breakfast, and my after meal sugars keep getting higher and higher in the morning but are just fine for lunch dinner and snacks. What do you eat that works well for you sugars in the morning?
