Anyone know anything about plumbing?

I got home today and went to the restroom, flushed the toilet and went to wash my hands. None of the faucets in my house are working and theres gurgling noises coming from them when I try to turn them on. My toilet bowl didnt fill back up with water either. A half hour goes by and a loud unpleasant gurgling and squealing and rumbling noise is coming from the toilet.

We called the landlord but haven't heard back from him yet and hes currently all way in flordia, 48 hours away 😞 anyone have any idea of what it could be and if its maybe just an easy fix? I have a baby and had to wash his bottles using a couple bottles of water I had.
