Is this a normal baby poop for a 4month old just starting solids?

My opinion is 4 months is a little young for solids. They’re still quite immature to be digesting solids. You can hold off for a few more months and see if she tolerates it better. 
If she’s having a hard time passing the solids, I think it’s probably a good sign she’s just not ready yet. 
I have two kids and don’t even try before 6 months. A lot of parents introduce solids early because babies can be fussy around 4 months, but it’s not because they are hungry or solids will somehow make them sleep better or be more content. 
Look into what the AAP recommends for introducing solids. It’s recommended to wait until at least 6 months. AAP.org has great info and the evidence behind their recommendations.

My son had this issue at 4months with solids, we wasent ready way to early and he was very constipated..
I started solids at 6m always always always applesauce and pears with ever food I give him now.

It's not normal, it's a sign that baby's digestive system isn't ready yet to break down and process solid foods just yet. I'd stop the solids and try again in a month or two and start with tiny amounts of solids to be safe, introducing solids too early can cause really bad constipation, and trust me that not fun for you or baby when they're having constipation pains and painful poops. My friends baby ended up in the hospital for constipation when she ignored the signs of the food constipating her daughter more and more.
