What’s going on?
So usually regular as clockwork every month but was due on the 1st November went to bathroom brown discharge so assumed it had began, later nothing there, done 2 tests as now 18 days late and both negative. Have cramping in belly and back ache and feel so tired. So unlike me so unsure, what do you all think?
