Night feedings?!

Question

Our 24 week daughter has never slept through the night. She goes to sleep at 7, wakes at midnight, 2, and 4, up for the day at 7. 
Howwww can we get her to sleep longer? If we feed her (been doing 2 oz at night to wean her off feedings but it isn’t helping) she goes right back to sleep. 
Mamas, what can we do to help her sleep through the night? Or even just have her wake once to feed would be amazing...

Apparently at this age sleeping 5 hours in a row is considered sleeping through the night.

I began feeding my baby every 3 hours on the dot during the day so that he would get all of his calories in during day time. We started doing this when he was 2 months old. He’s now 5.5 months and sleeps through the night usually, if he wakes to eat it’s usually around 5 am and he’ll eat then go back to sleep until 730 am. Most nights he sleeps 8 pm-730 am with either no wakes or the one at 5 am.
Lastly, putting him in his own room realllyyy helped him sleep longer !

Sounds just like our guy. Some of us are just unlucky. Not all babies sleep through the night. They need the comfort and they might need the calories. We wake up thirsty (and sometimes hungry) in the night, too. I found that once I accepted it and stopped constantly trying to "fix" it, I somehow felt at peace and had a bit more energy in the mornings (despite getting the same shitty amount of sleep). Some babies just don’t sleep through the night early. My 5 month old slept best at 2 months and now gets up every 3 hours on the dot. He’s hungry and small anyway so I’m not going to night wean him. He needs the extra calories. It sucks but they will sleep through the night when they’re ready.

I feel you! I have no advice because I can’t get mine lay down and sleep till 10:30 tried everything it’s just when she decided she will sleep then sleeps 3-4 hours up to feed and then every 1-2 hours after that. I just hope and pray one day she will sleep through the night!

Our strategy is to offer a larger feeding at bedtime and at the one overnight feeding. She does 3-4 ounces during the day, but we do 5 at the 7pm bedtime feeding. She will wake up once between 3-5am where we offer 5 again, then she sleeps till 7 or 8.

We feed our LO every 3-3 1/2 hrs during the day to make sure she gets most of her calories before she goes to bed. Once we started doing this, we saw longer sleep windows at night. Gradually her night sleep windows became longer and longer. Now, we feed her at 7pm and she falls asleep between 7:30-7:45pm and usually sleeps until about 6:30-7am. She occasionally wakes between 4-5am but then she goes right back to sleep.

I give my girl a pumped bottle at night. I give her 8 oz so she’s nice and full! We had to set alarms to feed her as a newborn though so I think were just lucky in the sleep department!

Does your baby get all her calories in a 12 hour period? 
I read somewhere that if baby gets all their calories in a 12 hour period it should help them sleep longer. My babe is almost 5 months and she wakes up at 1230/1am for a feeding and then back to sleep. 
I’ll give you an example of her schedule
7am - 8 ounces 
11am - 8 ounces and solids 
3pm- 8 ounces and solids
7pm-8 ounces (some times earlier because she takes crappy naps)  
Then I do bath, bottle (with that last feeding) book and she’s out in 20 minutes until 1am....
I started this routine at 3 months because I was scared of the 4 month sleep regression.
