Anyone know what this might be?

It has slowly gotten darker over the past day or so, doesn't seem to bother him, and doesn't have any texture. He's got a doctor's appt in a couple days and I'm not too concerned, just wondering if anyone might know what it is! He's EBF now, but had formula the first couple days of his life if that makes any difference. 😊

Looks like drool rash. Have you put aquaphor on it? Or, could be he had an allergic reaction to whatever lotion or body wash you use. I had that issue in the beginning with ebf, bye bye nice smelling body wash!

Are you using sensitive skin detergent and fabric conditioners? The skin on your face is much more sensitive to fragrances and dyes than the rest of your body.

Does he spit up often? My sons face seems to break out a bit when he spits up.. I just make sure I use a warm wash cloth to clean up his face when that happens and then use CeraVe lotion

My baby brother had that on his chest from the detergent we used to clean his clothes it was eczema for him and just as an extra precaution my mom only uses a body was from lush that is “meant” for eczema

My baby had this HORRIBLY the first 2 weeks of his life from clothes. And when I say horrible I mean like it was so red it looked like he had dry blood all over him!

Looks like it may be eczema. Try putting some aquaphor on it.
