Unprotected sex.

So, I've been on the pill about 8 months now, haven't missed a day so far. I have skipped my last two periods, one that was supposed to start yesterday. Tonight, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex, and he came in me. Should I get the morning after pill or will my normal pill protect me, even though I should be on my period now?
