Alternative to tips or gel ?

I have really nice strong nails and I don’t want to ruin them with tips or gel . But the issue is NO nail polishes stay on me for more than 2/3 days . Is there anything I could ask for at the salon that they could give me to make polish last longer ? Thanks !

You can achieve healthy and strong nails but using acrylic or gel polish. Regular nail polish does not last, it’s not meant to.
If your nails are prepped properly, you can absolutely maintain healthy and beautiful nails. I had a client this morning who always had issues with her nails chipping and not growing. I used Luminary’s multi-flex gel polish on her and her nails are so beautiful and long. I could remove the gel and they would be healthy because of properly prepping the nail plate — good cuticle work, not overfiling, using the proper bits, and good quality gel. 
Good prep equals healthy nails. 
If you want some added strength and color that lasts, try gel.
Research your nail artist. Don’t go to a chop shop. Look for their instagrams and how they do their work.
