Definitely looks like yeast. Some people itch’s with yeast infection and some don’t. I get them a lot due to antibiotics ( I have a autoimmune disease so  I get skin infections a lot I gotta use antibiotics sometimes)  whenever I get one my discharge looks like that, and the symptoms will sorta calm down but trust me they don’t go away without some yeast pills.
