Anyone else having trouble with their appetite?

Baby is 5 weeks and I'm just never hungry. I find myself forcing to eat! Im EBF with the occasional bottle of formula when I need a break!

I don’t have to force myself to eat but I can definitely go all day before feeling hungry. I tend to focus all my energy on baby and forget to feed myself. 😬😬

Yes!! I’ve always heard that breastfeeding makes you ravenous, but I have only actually been hungry maybe a handful of times since she’s been born. I get nauseous easily so I have to remind myself to at least try to snack throughout the day 🙄 and I’m only ever thirsty at night or when she’s latched on.

Yes! I was having trouble with food aversion when little miss was first born, I'd gag whenever I tried to eat anything. I still dont get hungry, I dont get thirsty either anymore so I'm just trying to eat/drink when I think about it because I feel like otherwise I just will go without.

I'm the opposite. I legit eat more now than I did while I was pregnant but I'm already down to prepreg size. I guess a newborn and a 2 year old will do that to you 😂
