Accidentally voted no, but there isn’t really a yes or no answer. It depends on what stage of your pregnancy! My dr said that I could continue lifting whatever I lifted regularly before pregnancy (I worked a job where i lifted up to 50 pounds daily) and I had no issues until the last couple of months. 
However, your body will tell you if you’re doing too much—by the mast trimester, I could feel my limit going from 50 to closer to 30 pounds without hurting myself, and too much of that would give me BH. Just pay close attention to the signals your body gives you, and you should be fine!!😘
