Is this normal
I am one day away from my period and I’m having minor cramps in my lower abdomen to the point where I cannot get comfortable to fall asleep and I am TMI constipated as well and bloated I never have experienced cramps through my period time or before my period this is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this 😭😭😭😭
