My nipple is burned
My nipple has been burned with steam while I was cooking and HAVING A SWEATER ON. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I’m breastfeeding and that’s the hardest part. It has been like this for almost a week. But it got worse when I tried to breastfeed once a day with this boob because my boob was soo full. Have any advice on how can I heal it quickly ??
