My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 7 weeks. I miscarried at the end of September. My last follow up appointment, about a month ago, confirmed my hcg was back to negative. It has been about 8 weeks total since I last experienced any bleeding- or a period for that matter.

I would assume that it would take a while for my body to heal and hormones to get back to normal. But has anyone experienced waiting 8 weeks or longer to get a period after a miscarriage?

I also have been experiencing sore breasts for the last 2 weeks, and severe nausea when i wake up in the mornings...I did not get any morning sickness with my first pregnancy.. I feel like I’m pregnant again but with worse symptoms 🤮
