Question: Possible reasons why I didn't conceive

I am 30, currently on clomid 50mg days 5-9 its my 2nd cycle. My partner and I have done all tests. Sperm count 100% fine. I don't have PCOS but I had a long history of annovulation. Since taking clomid, my AF is frequent with cycles 35/36 days long. I use opk and have ovulated during both cycles. We had BD 3 times within the fertile week leading up to ovulation but sadly not on the actual day of ovulation. Do you think I am not conceiving because I am skipping the actual ovulation day or could there be other reason? So disappointed AF arrived today at 15dpo and I will start clomid cycle 3.
