Do your babies sleep with the ceiling fan on?

I read early on that having the ceiling fan on whole baby sleeps reduces the risk of SIDS and ever since then I can’t turn it off. I’m a little OCD. However, some nights it gets cold and her room gets down to 65-66 degrees with the fan on and when I turn it off it warms to 68 which is fine with me but then I get paranoid and go in to turn it on again. Does anyone not turn their fans on?

The risk of SIDS is so much lower now, and I make sure her sleep environment is incredibly safe. She doesn’t have a fan in her room. I am not concerned.

Check your fan there’s usually a button to flip in the winter that pushes warm air down. In the summer flip it the other way to push cold air down

Nope no fan anymore! It gets cold at night so we use a heater

We have AC and when he was a newborn he didn't sleep as good with the cool air blowing. I'm not too worried at this point. He doesn't have a fan in his room.

We always have it on to circulate the air. Just turn the heater up a little higher.

lol we use one but it's not for that reason. it just gets hot with all 3 of us in bed 😂

We use a stand up fan. Has a filter in it for craps in the air. It has been shown to reduce the risk of SIDS because it helps circulate the air in the room and they think it helps baby remember to breathe 🤷‍♀️
