Nickname for Eleanor, which spelling do you prefer?

Our last name is Ray so I’m a little partial to the ones that end in “y” because I think it looks better completely written out. But, I marginally prefer the “i” or “ie”.

For the spellings I would lick Lenny, but as below commenter said it’s hard to control a nickname. I know two toddler Eleanor’s one goes by Ellie and the other by Nora.

It's really hard to control nicknames. They kind of just happen, so i wouldn't stress over what spelling of it. The odds of Lennie sticking as a nickname for longer than when your kid gets in to school is probably slim.
