Pregnant or not

Hello I'm just looking for insight. I have my iud out 9/31/15 I was told I'm free to start trying. I haven't had my period yet but I've been having cramps,nauseous,headaches,fatigue, gas and changed in appetite. I have a small amount of spotting. Could I be pregnant or is this my period?  I'd only be a little over 3 weeks if I am. To early to test?
