When is the best time to take a ovulation test ? First pee on the morning ?  Since my periods are irregular and I get my period different date every month ; I take ovulation test twice a day .

I just finished a book on ways to check for ovulation. For the ovulation tests, you want to test at 11 pm and 5 pm or 2 pm and 10 pm. You only get a positive test 2-3 hours after the hormones are released so you always wanna test twice :)

No. Ovulation strips work best when taken twice a day- any time mid morning to late evening. Make sure to space them
Out at least 3-4 hours apart so that your urine isn’t too diluted.
