I’m currently sick and very congested and my head feels so heavy. I don’t know what medicine I’m able to take and won’t hurt my supply. I keep trying to call my doctor but I’m always left on hold for a long time.

Milky mamas breastfeeding support group on Facebook has a list of breastfeeding friendly meds and talks about which will hurt your supply which I find my doctors did not know. I couldn’t take any decongestant without risking my supply; no Sudafed or mucinex unfortunately.
