Is 10 weeks too soon?

Do you guys think 10 weeks is too soon to announce? I’m 7 weeks now and can’t wait wait to announce but I don’t know if that’s too soon or not what does everyone think? And when is everyone planning on making their announcement?

We told family and close friends between 6-7 weeks. If something happens I’d rather have their support. Plus anyone who we hang out with knows right away when I refuse wine! 🤷🏻‍♀️

There’s no right or wrong time. If you would want the support if you did happen to miscarry, share whenever you’d like! I’ve told close friends and my parents as I’d want to be able to talk to them if something happened. I will have an ultrasound around 10 weeks and after that I think we will be more open with sharing with more people.

You announce whenever you are ready. I normally wait until 12 weeks because your risk of miscarriage goes down at the point and I’ll have my genetic screen testing back by then, but I tell immediate family and close friends early (normally around 7 weeks)

It's totally personal choice. 
I announced at 12 weeks with my first, and then everything went down hill and I lost her at 24 weeks. 
With my second I announced at 12 weeks as well, after my genetic testing came back good. 
And this pregnancy I will do the same after genetic testing comes back.
I know people who announce early, and some who announce late... There is no wrong answer. Whenever you're comfortable.

I was 22 weeks when I announced with my first and I didn’t get a chance to announce with my second BC we miscarried at 14 weeks. I don’t know when I will announce this go around. I was very thankful I didn’t have to post anything about the miscarriage but had the support of close friends and family who knew ❤️ But on the other hand, it augmented the loss because I felt like I couldn’t speak about it publically. Whatever you choose to do is just fine ❤️

No that’s not too soon. I plan on announcing to close family probably around 6-7 weeks and then to everyone else probably after first ultrasound at 9-10 weeks.
