Does anyone have situational depression/adjustment disorder
Anytime something big changes in my life and my routine is changed I get very very depressed. We just got a new puppy, we have a 9 year old dog and we are doing fertility treatments (frozen embryo transfer next month). I’m in the waiting room at therapy and I’m just looking for advice from people that also have these issues. Thanks!
