Okay so I’m a purée feeding mama but I’d like to hear how any mama who’s cooked eggs for baby has cooked them?

Also, since this is a high allergy food did you feed your baby eggs for a few days before switching to next food ?

As for yogurt, I have some sitting in my fridge and so tempted to give my baby some but should I just feed her spoonfuls or it or mix it with some breastmilk?

Since starting solids this has been me during my baby’s feedings, I don’t know why I get so anxious
