can somebody please give me advice on how to enjoy sex without thinking i’m going to end up pregnant everytime !? it’s literally ruining my life and my sex life. and before you say i’m too young and irresponsible i’m 25 and we use condoms & i’m on the pill.

You’re on two types of protection and still paranoid? Sounds like your irrational fear isn’t “normal”. Do you have OCD or similar?

We grow up listening to adults, mentors, leaders, etc. telling us not to have sex because we could get pregnant and have it frowned upon.  These messages can get internalized having us believe we’re somehow bad or irresponsible by having sex.  You are not these things! 
You’re being both reasonable and responsible by choosing to use two types of effective protection.  
If somehow your worst case scenario happened (which would be a miracle btw) I have every confidence that you would be able to again be reasonable and responsible - it wouldn’t be the end of the world!  Plan B exists for a reason - although again - I cannot fathom you needing to use it with the choices you have made in regards to protecting yourself from pregnancy. 
Some things to try might be to put off the worry - tell yourself you will allow yourself to worry once sex is done - the worry will still be there for you once it’s over when you choose to get to it.  Write out a list of evidence to support that you could get pregnant, evidence that you will not get pregnant and the most reasonable outcome.  Take a look at this list during the time you set out to worry.
Worry is annoying and it’s hard to logic ourselves out of.  You might try to tell yourself that whether or not you worry in this moment will not change any outcome.  It won’t make you any more responsible or any less pregnant-it will only take right now away from you-so try not to take it so seriously just watch the worry and don’t feed into it or add to it’s story (easier said than done I know!). But when it comes up - just say ‘hey worry I see you 👀 ‘ and just watch it with some distance.
You might also try paradoxical intention -  tell yourself F-it - if I get pregnant I get pregnant!!!
