Need advice please !😓

Hey ladies ! So last month I took plan and about three days later the side effects hit and I started bleeding for about 3 days . And I was supposed to get my period already I’m 3 days late . Does the bleeding that I had after taking the pill count as my period orrr did it push my period date back ??
