I am a massage therapist and I won’t do prenatal before second trimester. Chairs are different and can’t avoid precautions so I think it really depends on the strength of the chair, where it’s working on you, and how much it’s shaking you up. 
I would just get a prenatal massage by someone who knows that they’re doing. It’ll feel way better anyway.
