My 6 week appointment is Friday and I’m not sure what I should do!

I had the mirena twice before each pregnancy and both times they ended up getting “lost” the 2nd time I actually needed a scope to have it removed! So not going to chance that again!! Even though I loved them!!!

I’m exclusively breast feeding, so I think my only oral option is the mini pill and it’s not super effective. Not that I’ll remember to take it!! 😓

I was thinking nexplanon, but wasn’t sure if there were any other options besides the pill or an iud?

What are you ladies deciding on?
