Help Yeast Infection super itchy down there!

Help Ladies,

I’m 8 months pregnant with my first child and I developed an yeast infection about 4 weeks ago. I went to the gyn and she said to use desitin down there. I’m still itchy. So yesterday, I went to the dermatologist and she was like “ I don’t feel comfortable prescribing anything due to your pregnancy and it’s just in the external area. Use lotrimin.”

Has anyone used anything else?? These bumps and itchiness are driving me crazy
