Idk what to do

I don't normally talk about this but I'm freaking out a bit and I don't know who to talk to. So I'mma just jump into it.

I'm a virgin and I decided to use my mascara thing as a toy for the first time. It was slight thicker than a marker.

1 there was a small sticker on it (way smaller than a Penny) and now it's gone. I'm not sure if it's inside still or if washed it off... Should I worry about it?

And 2 when I used it, I notice I was spotting a little after. It didn't hurt putting it in but I did accidentally bump something that felt a bit uncomfortable. My period is supposed to come in 2 days... I don't feel cramps like I normally do so idk. Is that normal?
