I heard people say prenatal vitamins will cause you constipation, but I’ve been taking it long time and don remember having bad constipation until I got pregnant. I am 7dpo today trying for my rainbow and I think I have trouble when get to the toilet (sorry for tmi) I got bloated and would sit hours on toilet and nothing. I wonder if this is a sign or because of Elevit that I am taking. Any comment would be great. Thank you in advance.
