Positive pregnancy test but cramping?!

I just took a few pregnancy tests and they all came back positive! I’m about 12DPO and I’m cramping like as if my period is coming is this normal?!? I’m just a little worried just cramping no blood or anything

You will cramp throughout the first trimester. Your uterus and body is adjusting for pregnancy. Don't be worried at all unless you start bleeding like a period. Don't stress, you're okay mama. Congrats!!

I cramped with period like cramps up until week 10 of my pregnancy! That’s actually how I found out I was pregnant, one night the cramps were so bad I went to the ER and they told me. I was shocked.
If there’s no bleeding, you should be fine! Don’t worry too much. But of course, if you are seriously concerned, get in touch with an OB!
