🤪 restless legs 🤪 who's with me?!
I don't know about y'all but this restless leg bs is driving me insane! My legs get so bad at night that I can't sleep. It feels like they are constantly jumping around. I can't get comfortable, ever!!! It gets to the point I take multiple showers attempting to calm the nerves.
Anyone have advice on how to better handle this?
I need sleep...
