I posted this earlier but got SO many mixed responses. I've looked at diagrams of "correct & incorrect flange sizes" but I'm still lost tbh.. thought it might help by posting a video rather than a photo. This current flange is 30.5mm. Right size or no?

When it comes to flange size, it’s all about comfort and milk output. Is the flange you’re using comfortable? Are your nipples red, chaffed, bleeding, etc. with pumping? Is excessive areola being pulled into the chamber and also getting red, chaffed, etc.? Are you getting decent, consistent letdowns and milk output? 
I would suggest purchasing a size smaller and larger to answer the above questions. If someone suggests a different size because that’s technically “correct” but it’s more painful and you have less output, that’s not going to help long term success. 
I now have 4 different size flanges in my possession due to trial and error! But once I got the correct size, it made a world of difference both in comfort and milk output!

It looks good to me? Idk! Do you have a LC at your OB or Peds office or a La Leche League around you? They could help you in person...I’m by no means an expert

Honestly I just use a nipple shield with mine. I've tried both sizes with my pump and neither seem to fit "correctly"

Too big... the tunnel should be closer to your actual nipple but if you get milk and it doesn't hurt do what's comfortable. All pumps come with a 24 and 27...

On the pumpables website they have a printable measuring tool to determine what size is best for you. You pump first then measure. Hope this helps!
