I have never thought of posting transformation pictures but I worked hard and honestly never thought I’d lose the “baby weight”. Looking at other transformation photos really helped me and kept me motivated, so I thought I’d share. So I’d like to add that when I decided to lose weight I realized that the “quick fix” wouldn’t work. I realized that it would take a whole lifestyle change to lose weight and keep it off. I started by simply showing up to the gym. I didn’t know what to do I just walked on the treadmill, but I made sure I never skipped. Eventually I met people who educated me an taught me how to target certain muscle groups. After establishing a routine at the gym, I focused on diet. Mine was horrible! So I tried the Keto diet. I did this because it helped me cut all the processed/high sugar/ high carb foods I was so addicted to. After a month of strict Keto I worked back to a normal and balanced diet that’s more realistic to maintain. Oh and IT ALL TAKES TIME!! There were times I wanted to give up because I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted fast enough, I often felt discouraged. But I didn’t give up and I finally made it!
