We have a Beagle so I'm doing foxes for everything... we'll have our little fox and the hound 😅. No nursery though, she's getting a crib by our bed, dresser top changing station, and that's about all for our 550 sq. ft. apartment.

My nursery theme is "thrift store vintage eclectic"  😅
We are a little strapped for money since I'm not working and we're saving up for the big medical bill (American healthcare) so I've tried to curate a space without spending much $$. 
I have a combination of 2nd hand items , random things in my decor collection, some book ledges I made myself, some macrame i made, and some blackout curtains and a rug my mom bought.
It's a whimsicle amalgamation, but I feel like it works. The space feels authentic and comfy!

My eldest was Peter Rabbit themed. 
My second was Narnia themed. I had a lot more fun with it bc a lot less things were store bought. I had to be really creative and make my own mobile from felt, hand draw maps and make artwork out of pages from the book. It was a blast. I scoured thrift stores for the perfect lamp post like lamp and used an ikea gift card from Christmas to get a huge stuffed lion 
But that’s just me. I love a good literary theme. I go nuts with themed bday parties too

We have turtles (not sea turtles - regular turtles). Colors are greens, browns, and cream.
