Had a positive opk on 16th November.

Obviously wasn't planning to test until day of AF but I work in a hospital and have easy access to tests and just thought 🤷🏼‍♀️ why not.

Been getting twinge/sharp pulling type sensations around my bikini line and lower over the last 2 days. I'm just so confused, don't know what to think! Any advice would be much appreciated 💕
