Temp pattern??

I attached the pic of my last cycle and this current one. I spotted Friday then bled some, but it was literally two clots on Saturday and a huge one Sunday (on the second chart) with basically no other bleeding. I saw the dr and everything seems fine and they did a pregnancy test that was negative. However - my temp only dipped on what I counted as CD1 and then again on CD4 but it ALWAYS goes down and stays down between when I start and when I ovulate. What could cause this?

Also I have been tracking in a different app and know I ovulate CD11 but I can’t figure out how to get Glow to reflect that. Can I change that somehow?
