How to know you’ve fallen out of love with someone?

When did you know you’d fallen out of love with someone?
My boyfriend was talking to other girls and I’m trying to make it work but honestly I’m starting to go numb to the situation.

Honestly, sounds cliche.. but you just know. I asked myself that question for years and finally one day I woke up and decided it was the end. I haven’t looked back since and now I am with a man who couldn’t even fathom putting me through half the shit my ex ever did. You deserve better!!!!

You decide if you want to love that person or not still. You decide how you feel toward that person
You don't just "fall out of love" you make the choice to stop loving 🤷

I think when you start asking yourself that type of question it means you are no longer in love. In my experience, it took me a while to actually realize that I had fallen out of love with my ex, but seeing it from a distance, those moments when I started doubting and not even caring about things than would usually bother me was definitely the moment i was no longer in love with him. Maybe I cared or just got used to being with him and the fear of being alone made me stay in a place which was no longer making me happy. If I could go back in time and tell myself that I would have ended things before.

I’m going through the same thing rn and it sucks. I broke things off yesterday but I don’t think it’s fair to have those thought and smile in their face like everything is ok
