Implant BACK FIRE

I’ve been on nexplanon or however u spell it for bout 4 months .the three months were fine but now Ive been spotting a lot and off and I’m bleeding ik that this was expected my doctor warned me.i think I’ve literally been bleeding and spotting since Halloween and today is the 21st of nov.ots not so much as the bleeding that annoying me it’s how sad and moody and DEPRESSED I’ve became I don’t think it’s worth it anymore 🙄it feels so draining.to be so emotional when im usually not. the cramps come n go but when they come they hurt like hell.i wish men could get birth control csuse this shit not it.i am literally shocked from how moody I’ve been.🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️can anybody recommend a different birth control that’s NOT the pill
