Conjoined twins
I just found out my twins are most likely conjoined at the head. We see a MFM specialist for a high resolution ultra sound soon, but it still doesn't look good. My doctor said she has never seen anything like this in her 12 years as an OB. The OB and the ultrasound techs were fascinated at the images, and I have to admit, as a scientist, so was I. Even if they aren't conjoined, they are for sure mono/mono twins. I am open to continue the pregnancy of mono/mono twins, but will be terminating them if they are conjoined. I just can't bring these babies into this world and watch them suffer their entire lives, it's not right. I'm not religious, but the thought of the babies being sucked out of me kills me inside. What a horrible horrible situation. Why me?
