I have a 3 year old daughter who is so stubborn. Tonight I told her to count to 10 (which I know she can do) and she could watch my iPad for little bit before bed. Well she all of a sudden doesn’t know how to count ... I mean can’t get past 1. So I said ok we will just go to bed. Has a complete melt down asks me to teach her. I go over them again with her. Ask her to count to 10 for me. She says 10. This just infuriated me. Told her to start at 1. Then she continued to ask what come next. Mind you I went over it with her more than once in this sitting. Anyone else’s kid do this. Is this normal because I feel like a failure!!
